All of them. Shellharbour is a spread of suburbs rather than one place, and we work the lot: the Village, Shellharbour City Centre, Shell Cove, Flinders, Blackbutt, Barrack Heights, Warilla and Oak Flats.
- The older streets at Warilla, Barrack Heights and Oak Flats are brick and fibro with established gardens, and they ring us about cockroaches, spiders and rats in the roof.

If it's a dead rat or mouse in a roof void, wall cavity or subfloor, that's part of a rodent job and we'll get it out where we can reach it. We aren't a dead-animal service for anything bigger, and a possum in the roof is a different trade again.
- Half the job is finding it. The smell drifts along the ceiling and the source is rarely where you're standing, so we work the roof void and the cavity rather than pulling the ceiling down on a guess.
- Getting one out and leaving it there is only half a fix. The reason it died inside is that it was living inside, so we bait, trap and go through the entry points as part of the same visit. That's all covered under rodent control.
- Heavy thumps at dusk and a stain on the ceiling usually mean a possum, not a rat. Possums are protected in NSW and catch-and-release isn't our licence, so read possums in the roof before you ring anyone.

- Redbacks like the things every Shellharbour yard has: retaining walls, brick piers, the underside of outdoor furniture and anything stored down the side of the house. That's a case for proper spider control rather than knocking the webs down.
- On the newer estates the ants come with the landscaping. Fresh turf, new garden beds and pavers on sand give them easy nesting, and they work their way to the kitchen from there.
