Inspection call-out
Every job starts with an inspection. You get a rodent plan after it, and a written report covering the rodent issues on site.

Baiting and trapping packages
Four boxes go outside and one goes in the roof void or subfloor. We install and secure them, and set a lure and trail for the traps. Each package includes an inspection report.

Odour bags and dead rodent removal
For rodents that have died somewhere we can reach, such as a roof void or subfloor.

Ultimate rodent eradication package
Baiting and trapping combined, with a return visit to remove the rodents and a reinspection. The return visit is within a week of trapping, depending on conditions.

Proofing and special cases
- Proofing: where the entry points are clear, we recommend rodent proofing in the report. Proofing work is quoted after the inspection.
- Live trapping: available on request for sensitive properties, and priced after the inspection.
How the first visit works
To remove active rodents we start with bait boxes or traps. In busy areas we set several traps at once, so the rodents are gone in as few visits as possible. We place stations, use lures to draw rodents in, and give you a report on likely entry points and nesting sites around the property.
For instant control, we can temporarily position up to 10 snap traps in areas of activity, or up to 10 bait stations around a standard property, depending on how bad the infestation is.
Any damage to stations and traps during treatment will be passed on to the client.
